Cafeteria and Lunch
LunchTime Account Information
All families are required to set up and register with LunchTime to manage lunch accounts for the 2025-2026 school year.
Please note: Cash is not accepted for purchases in the Brebeuf Jesuit Cafeteria.
Requested enhancements that LunchTime offers:
- Automatic low balance replenishment
- Acceptance of bank ACH payment information, in addition to credit card payment information
- Lower overall processing fees, especially when using ACH payment information
- Parent fund balance transfer between sibling accounts
Money will only be deducted from the account when the student uses their STUDENT ID NUMBER to purchase meals and/or a la carte items. There is no limit to the amount of money that can be deposited into their debit account.
Important Note: Once an account reaches a negative balance, an automated email is triggered via LunchTime, to the email accounts on file, notifying families and students of the issue and providing an option to rectify the balance. Once the account reaches a negative account balance of $75.00, the student will only be able to purchase a Braves Meal until their account is replenished.
