10:00 a.m. - Mass
Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School
Spring is in full bloom—longer days, warmer weather, and a joyful Easter season. We invite you to celebrate this beautiful time of renewal with your Brebeuf family and friends. All are welcome.
Join us for a Spring Family Mass, followed by brunch and a brief Easter reflection from Mr. Austin Kleman, S.J. We also gather in gratitude to honor Peggy Poole ’87 as we celebrate her retirement.
Peggy is not only an alumna but has served as a beloved French teacher for 22 years. Peggy shared, “Brebeuf has been an incredibly important part of my life, not just as a student and as a faculty member, but also as a parent of two wonderful Brebeuf alums.”
Please RSVP via the form below.

Peggy Poole '87
Peggy Poole ’87 has shared a lifelong connection with Brebeuf Jesuit—first as a student, and for more than 22 years as a beloved French teacher. As a student, her passion for the language was sparked in the classroom of Madame Blanchar, a mentor who left a lasting impression. “Mme Blanchar introduced me to the beauty of French and was always generous with her time,” Peggy recalls.
Inspired by that experience, Peggy returned to Brebeuf to teach, where she has inspired generations of students with her enthusiasm for French language and culture. “I’m fortunate to share my love of French every day. My students inspire me just as much as I hope to inspire them.”
Peggy has inspired more than two decades of students with her curiosity, compassion, and openness to new perspectives—qualities that have defined her classroom and left a lasting impression on those she taught. As a parent of two Brebeuf alumnae, Emily ‘16 and Megan ‘18, she has also seen that impact extend to her own family.
Her advice to students has always been to step outside their comfort zones: “Try something new—whether it’s a sport, a play, or a conversation. And don’t miss the retreats—they’re transformative.”
Peggy’s journey from student to educator reflects the lasting influence of a Brebeuf education and the meaningful legacy she leaves through the countless students she has inspired.
