Shadow Visits

• Arrival Procedures - Guests may enter Door 1, the Main Entrance, to check-in at 8:15 a.m. and if you're shadowing on a Wednesday, the arrival time is 9:15 a.m
• Recommended Attire – Guests should wear casual clothing suitable for school. Jeans are permitted as long as they do not have holes or tears.
• Lunch – Guests will be provided with lunch while visiting Brebeuf Jesuit.
• Come Prepared – Guests should bring a book in the event a quiz or test is given during a class.
• Pick up Procedures – Guests can be picked up at 3:20 after student dismissal.
• Parents who would like to check in with their students or are attending the parent session – Pull into the front drive, and continue east past the building.
• Please choose any available parking spot. Please know that the Visitors Lot may be closed at drop off and pick up times to help manage traffic.

If you are a current high school student, and you are seriously considering transferring to Brebeuf Jesuit to complete your high school education, you are welcome to shadow at Brebeuf Jesuit later in the fall semester once it is determined that we will have shadow spots to offer for the second semester.

Additionally, we do require a copy of a transcript prior to reserving your shadow day, and transfer students must meet the minimum grade point average requirement of a 3.0 cumulative grade point average to be considered for admission.

It’s never too early to begin discerning why Brebeuf Jesuit is the right place for you. As you begin your high school search, we hope you will attend one of our 7th Grade Shadow Days. This is a three-hour visit to campus where guests meet students and faculty, attend a few classes, and learn about the student life ahead at Brebeuf Jesuit.

The Brebeuf Jesuit Enrollment Team will be reviewing our enrollment capacity and determining our ability to accept transfer applications. We plan to make that determination by October 2022, and we will share any updates regarding transfer admission at that time.
