Shadow Visits

• Arrival Procedures - Guests may enter Door 1, the Main Entrance, to check-in at 8:15 a.m. and if you're shadowing on a Wednesday, the arrival time is 9:15 a.m. 
• Recommended Attire – Guests should wear casual clothing suitable for school. Jeans are permitted as long as they do not have holes or tears.
• Lunch – Guests will be provided with lunch while visiting Brebeuf Jesuit.
• Come Prepared – Guests should bring a book in the event a quiz or test is given during a class.
• Pick up Procedures – Guests can be picked up at 3:20 after student dismissal.
• Parking – Please choose any available non-numbered parking spot. Please know that the Visitors Lot may be closed at drop off and pick up times to help manage traffic.

For students seriously considering a transfer to Brebeuf Jesuit, we offer transfer shadow days. In order to manage the level of transfer interest, we open transfer shadow days when we open the transfer application. The transfer application is closed for the 2024-2025 school year, and we will open the transfer application by the beginning of October 2024 if we have any transfer spots to offer for midyear transfer consideration to begin January 2025.

Transfer students must meet the minimum grade point average requirement of a 3.0 cumulative grade point average to be considered for admission. Additionally, we do require a copy of a transcript prior to reserving a transfer shadow day to verify that the candidate meets the GPA requirement for consideration.

BEGINNING APRIL 2025!

It’s never too early to begin discerning why Brebeuf Jesuit is the right place for you. As you begin your high school search, we hope you will attend one of our 7th Grade Shadow Days. This is a three-hour visit to campus where guests meet students and faculty, attend a few classes, and learn about the student life ahead at Brebeuf Jesuit.

If you are interested in transferring to join Brebeuf Jesuit for the second semester, beginning in January 2025, we plan to determine if we will open the transfer application by early October 2024. We will also determine if we will be able to offer transfer shadow days at that time as well. 

Keep in mind that Brebeuf Jesuit considers transfer candidates who have a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher. Please contact Colleen Cannon, Director of Enrollment Management, with any enrollment and transfer questions.
