IDOE Report
In lieu of issuing letter grades for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years, HEA 1591 requires IDOE to develop a school performance report for public and state accredited non-public schools. IDOE is also required to provide the General Assembly with future accountability recommendations by December 1, 2024. In response to this legislation, IDOE has developed individual school performance reports, with the required statutory indicators, for each public and state accredited non-public school.
The data included on these reports reflects data from the 2021-2022 school year or cohort year, depending on the metric. The only exception to this is career coursework, which reflects data from the 2021 cohort year. Data reflecting the 2022-2023 school year is anticipated to be added later this year.
