Audition Information for Brebeuf Vocal Ensembles and Piano Studio

When choosing to study at Brebeuf Jesuit, students have the opportunity to explore interests and passions while experiencing an array of enrichment opportunities. The Brebeuf Jesuit Visual and Performing Arts Department teaches students to be creative, collaborative, compassionate, and confident. Additionally, studies have shown that students who participate in music-related activities during high school benefit academically.

What are the vocal elective options?

For vocalists who would like to start in a beginner-level class, we offer The Vocal Studio Masterclass. This semester-long course does not require an audition.

For vocalists who would like to start in a more advanced vocal ensemble, we offer three Vocal Ensemble Classes: Men’s Glee, Bella Valiente, and Varsity Singers. These courses do require a vocal audition, and see below for the vocal audition details and logistics.

Piano and Vocal Audition Details

We offer both piano and vocal auditions for musicians who desire to begin in an advanced piano course or advanced vocal ensemble at Brebeuf Jesuit.
