Cara Magnabosco ’07 wins Fulbright Award and is named a USC Discover Scholar

Fulrbright Award Recipient University of Southern California senior Cara Magnabosco ’07 was recently notified that she won a Fulbright Award! 2011 Discovery Prize Winner At USC’s 2011 commencement, Cara was also recognized as a USC Discovery Scholar and Prize Winner. To be recognized as a USC Discovery Scholar, she had to complete a culminating project in her field of study (major: biochemistry, minor: entrepreneurship) with a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Each Discovery Scholar is also entitled to enter the Discovery Scholar Prize competition. Of the 21 graduating scholars who were selected as prize finalists by their school, ten were nominated to receive a $10,000 prize.
