Past Service Projects

We hosted a Walk/Run Benefit to raise awareness about Epilepsy and raise funds to purchase a Brebeuf teacher a seizure dog. We successfully raised enough money to donate to the Epilepsy Society and afford the down payment on the dog of $3,000.

We adopted an inner city classroom that serves children who are non-verbal or suffer from various severe needs. We helped the teacher organize the classroom and secured funds to bring in additional equipment to enhance the teacher’s program.

We hosted Kim Peek, the actual man who is a mega-savant in 21 categories and the basis for the movie “The Rainman.” We organized a dinner and diversity dialogue.

We visited the St. Vincent hospice for our third annual Sunday caroling.  About five students participated and graced the halls with various Christmas carols. We once again put smiles on many faces.
