Paper applications
All completed applications should be turned in to Ms. Gray or your college advisor.  A completed application will consist of the following:
 --Completed college application
 --Completed tan Application Cover Sheet (found in College Advising Center)
 --Check or money order for application fee (unless you pay with a credit/debit card)
 --Secondary School Report Form (sometimes referred to as the Counselor Report/Recommendation Form) with the section for the applicant completed.
 --Mid Year Report Form (if one is included) with the section for the applicant completed

Online Applications
Once you have filled out your application online, print it out and bring it to your college advisor BEFORE you submit it electronically to the college/university.  Once your advisor reads through the application, he or she will inform you that it is okay to send.  At that point, follow the instructions for turning in paper applications:

Submission of Test Scores
Brebeuf Jesuit cannot send your official SAT Reasoning, SAT Subject, or ACT scores to the Admissions Offices of the colleges/universities to which you are applying.  You are responsible for requesting these scores be sent directly from the testing agency to the college.
