One important step to take is to make sure that the e-mail address

is listed as an acceptable address in your SPAM or Junk Mail filter (These settings vary from service to service, but there is often a way to indicated that a particular e-mail address is “not junk”). This step is necessary since we recently changed the sending e-mail address (previously it was
