The Brebeuf Jesuit Social Studies Department offers a wide range of courses providing students with a solid foundation in the Jesuit principles of justice, knowledge, faith, love, and openness to growth. This means that students emerge from Brebeuf Jesuit equipped to speak and write intelligently about historical and current political, social, and economic issues.
Projects, lectures, simulations, computer research/PowerPoint presentations, and first-hand experience help students explore societal issues in both the U.S. and around the world.
The faculty is dedicated to working with the students in a group or on a person-to-person basis to help develop men and women for others.
