She negotiates benefits, contracts and counsels employees with contractual questions. She brings a friendly face to prospective and current employees alike. Debbie has been in field of education for thirty years--as a teacher for twelve years and administrator for eighteen. She earned her BA at St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana, and her MS in education and certification in administration from Butler University's EPPSP program (Experiential Program for Preparing School Principals) in Indianapolis.
