For planned absences, parents or students must notify the Deans at least seven days in advance. Parent and teacher signatures will be required for all such absences. College visitations also require the approval of the student’s counselor. Absences which extend school vacations require the approval of the Deans seven days in advance of the last school day before the holiday. Planned absence forms need to be picked up by the student after the Deans have approved the absence. Students must then obtain the required teacher signatures and return the planned absence form to the Deans’ Office prior to the absence.
